Icotek's Cable Entry Systems offer innovative solutions to the problem of passing large molded connectors through an enclosure wall and still providing environmental sealing and strain relief. The KEL Series employ a combination of grommet holding frames and split grommets (inserts) matched to the cable diameter, which allow the molded connector to pass through the enclosure cutout intact yet each cable is snuggly held and sealed to IP54. Frame sizes were developed to match standerd sizes of multipole connector cutouts so existing punch tooling could be utilized. Multiple configurations are available for a wide varity of Cable size combinations. Inserts are available in small, large and jumbo sizes in single and multiple hole configurations to accomodate cable diameters from 2 to 65mm. Icotek's KEL series Cable Entry Systems are ideal for cables for sensors, valves, computors, drives, networks, bus systems and any multiconductor molded cables.
Icotek's Cable Entry System for non-terminated cables offer a cost savings alternative to conventional cable glands. Their innovative design is available in a varity of sizes and shapes, all offering high cable density, fast easy installation, requiring no special tools, good strain relief and sealing ratings to IP 65.
